About Our Founder    TEI was founded in 1994 by Michael J. Tiry, PE, who grew up on a farm in Western Wisconsin and has worked for farmers for over 40 years (See about our founder).

Our Team    We are proud of our team. We employ engineers, environmental/air scientists, engineering civil technicians, CAD technicians, construction inspectors, and administrative personnel.
